Lemon Garlic Shrimp

This is pretty easy and really good.

Ingredients

~1/3 to 1/2 stick (2-2/3 to 4 Tbsp) unsalted butter
1 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons minced garlic (9 cloves) or more
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp Kosher salt plus more for the shrimp
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 large lemon
1 to 1.5 pounds shrimp, peeled with the tails on

Directions

  1. Bake on 400°F for 10-13 minutes until just no longer pink.
