We made carrot cake pancakes from the recipe noted on 2010-09-12[@rev]again halving the recipe but keeping the spices the same (so,doublingthe spices). I also skipped the nuts. It only made 5 but it was enough for our breakfast-for-dinner dinner. We also fried lean bacon. As we discovered, with this change, the pancakes are pretty good.
