I made the roasted veggie and chicken sausage thing[@rev]with italian chicken sausage. It was pretty good though I went light on the potatoes to save some calories. I liked it a lot but I think Ipreferredit with other types of sausage. I usedartichokes, onions,potatoesand a bit of sweet potatoes.
