This was a rather boring meal. I cooked Sweet and Sour tilapia (purchased frozen at Whole Foods) in the pan. In the mean time, I steamed asparagus. Finally, I had spinach and arugula salad with fat free french dressing. Ididn't calculate the points but it has to beridiculouslylow
