I made a quick lunch stir-fry. It was just a quarter head of cabbage, lots of chopped peppers and about 5 oz of frozen rotisserie chicken.
I again tried it on the cast-iron dutchoven. This worked out a lot better than last time. I think the pan was hotter, cabbage has less water and I didn't crowd the pan. I used the orange sauce from last time and it was much better today
