Caroline wanted cheap, junky ramen for her birthday dinner. Who were we to deny her request? We just added to it.

We made Korean Beef Bowls [Damn Delicious] with beef and scrambled tofu and served it with brown rice. I made the brown rice with Brown Rice Pasta Technique [The Kitchn].

Brooke made Boston Cream Pie for dessert.
